We offer agricultural and food products such as mangoes, rice, honey, ghee, oils, and related items.

2. Pricing & Payments
β’ All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
β’ Prices may change without prior notice.
β’ Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout.
β’ Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Payment Server Issues & Refunds
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed due to a payment gateway or server issue:
β’ Please contact our support team with your payment reference number.
β’ After verification, the refund will be initiated.
β’ The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Order Acceptance
β’ We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order due to stock limitations, quality concerns, or pricing errors.
β’ In case of order cancellation from our side, the full paid amount will be refunded.
4. Shipping & Delivery
β’ We deliver across India unless mentioned otherwise.
β’ Orders are usually delivered within 2β7 working days, depending on location.
β’ Estimated delivery timelines are shared for guidance and may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
β’ Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.
β’ Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
5. Return Terms
Due to the nature of food and fresh products:
β’ Fresh and perishable items (mangoes, ghee, oils, honey) are not eligible for return once delivered.
β’ Returns or replacements will be considered only if:
o A wrong product is delivered, or
o The product is received in a damaged or spoiled condition.
β’ For non-perishable items (rice and sealed products), returns are accepted only if the package is unopened and damaged during transit.
β’ Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
6. Refund Process
β’ Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 working days.
β’ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
β’ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7.Variable Weight Policy & Weight Dispute
β’ Our products, especially fresh fruits like mangoes, are naturally grown and hand-harvested, so slight variations in weight are normal and unavoidable.
β’ During transit, minor weight changes may occur due to natural moisture loss, ripening, or handling by courier partners.
8.Weight Dispute Process
If you believe there is a significant weight difference, please follow the steps below:
β’ The customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the sealed package placed on a weighing scale, before opening the box.
β’ The product label, outer packaging, and weight reading must be clearly visible in the evidence.
β’ Any weight-related concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims may not be accepted if:
β’ The package is opened before weighing, or
β’ Required photo/video evidence is not provided, or
β’ The issue is reported after 24 hours.
9. Order Cancellation
β’ Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
β’ Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
β’ Seasonal and fresh products like mangoes cannot be cancelled after packing or dispatch due to harvesting and handling costs.
